About Us
Peniel Pentecostal Church now known as Living Way Church, Tonypandy has been in existence for over 100years. It was one of the first A.O.G churched to be formed in South Wales.
Pastor John took on the church in 1989 and was ordained in 1991 the church had around 8 members at that time. The church has seen numerous periods of intense growth with approximately 100 people in the mid nineties.
At present the church has approximately 35 committed members. We have always put an emphasis on growth and have an active evangelistic outreach in this area. The church has also been blessed with many talented and anointed musicians as worship a is central when we meet together. The word of God is preached and taught as the core of our faith and we have a training Academy as an extension of our church.
L.W.C is a family orientated church that encourages parents to bring their children into the church environment. We believe in nurturing and mentoring new converts so that they can grow and reach their full potential in God.
Prayer is a central part of our church life and we encourage participation at all levels. The church seeks to impact it's members so they can impact the community. We believe that the role of the church is to be salt and light in a community that cries out for hope and a place where we as a church have a Godly impact in today's society.
